[QUOTE=Mark3142;134278]A couple of pics of my new pride and joy. Just need filling up now. Any reccomendations for a newbie that won't cost the earth. Can't justify spending out on a whole box just yet.

Partagas Shorts are always a wise investment, in my humble opinion, or Monte Cristo Petit Edmundos if you feel you'd like to try something with a heavier ring guage and mountains more complexity.

Well after a few days in the humi I can confirm the unwrapped King Eddies went limp and as quoted above tasted of nothing in particular. So that's the end of that experiment. Only a few left so they can stay in the box that I already have them in. And I'll keep the cello wrapper on.

I have to agree with this, I feel like such a snob for saying it but I couldn't be bothered with Edwards or Hamlets. It's just not worth my time to smoke one when I have a Cuban in the humidor. Time is limited to enjoy a cigar and it would be wasted after having sampled some Cubans.

Well that is the plan. I will only alter that plan when I get a job. Then I'll celebrate with a Cuban, then back to finish off the KE. Then it's be decent cigars from then on in
