South East Herf - Godalming 12th May 2017

Provisional program. Meet at The Star Pub in Godalming (www.thestargodalming.co.uk for details) at 12pm for a drink and a pre lunch cigar. Then a bite to eat before a walk returning (weather permitting) returning to the pub around 3pm for round 2.

Parking - the best carpark is the Crown Court Carpark which is a 5 minute walk from the Star.
Train - Godalming is on the mainline between Waterloo and Portsmouth and the station is less than 5 minutes walk from the pub.

Could still work out that way - there's nothing worse than a rough Saturday lunchtime in notorious Godalming, the Glasgow of Surrey (Burberry tartan, Le Creuset knives etc etc).

I'm possibly in for this, screw the walking about though! I'd be arriving by train and can walk to the pub and back but that's it.
