Just found time to fit in a Rafael Gonzales Petit Corona with a pint of Blandford Fly.
Lovely cigar if a little tight in the middle of the smoke but the beer was far too sweet tasting and a bad counterpoint to the mild flavour of the cigar.
Staying with friends in Yorkshire today, attempting to convert him to Cubans, gave him a Hoyo de Monterrey Petit Robusto to start, my smoke was a Bolivar Petit Belicosos EL, complimented with a gentle (but wet) walk in the dales.
Dropped into la Casa in Wardour Street for a couple of walkabout cigars. It's like walking into a wall of sexual gratification when you enter that comfortable Havana fug.
Too rainy to go walkabout with a fat one yesterday so I'll take them along to rehearsal this afternoon and cheer the guys up, as usual.
