Evelio maduro robusto, that I recived from my secret santa. 1st smoke of the year!

I've got a great cigar collection - it's actually not a collection, because that would imply I wasn't going to smoke every last one of 'em.

Had a box of magnum 46 in my car so when i went out clubbing with my mates last night we smoked them to celebrate the new years and bribe the bouncer to stop being a dosser.

Its a strange sight to see 12 punk/goth/rockers all smoking stogies and passing hip flasks around to each other.

Currently smoking a La Invicta panatella from Honduras, a great little budget smoke - probably a bit mild for most on here, but enjoyable never the less.

RASCC, have been looking forward to that for a month or 2 and was very dissapointed

Surely not as strange as someone who decides to keep a box of 46s in their CAR???

Well the burn was fairly uneven and it tunneled towards the end. The main thin though was how bitter and chemical like it tasted. Every time I took a puff on the ol' girl I got a very hot feeling in my mouth and up the back of my nose like what you get when you use that first defence stuff for a cold. May have a PSDN4 tomorrow just to refresh my cigar love haha

I think this may be because it was very young although I don't know the date as it was bought as a single from cgars a few months ago. That's the only reason I can put on it though

Was going to suggest an age thing. I'd guess that Cgars get through a fair few RASCC so it's likely their singles boxes are pretty recent!

Ok thank you. I guessed something along those lines may be the reasoning. Next time I get one I shall keep it for a while longer. I can only afford the odd single right now as I'm not working but once I get offshore in a few months time maybe I'll get myself a decent lot in and will be able to pop some age onto a few sticks before comitting to a box as I'm still testing what I like etc
