A damn good way of getting into Oliva, is the selection box for Series V - the best of the Oliva line that I've tried. (The G's are ok, but the V is definitely much better)
They are a cracking smoke. Yes the O and G are a little underwhelming, but the V hits all the right notes for me, I probably go through 2 boxes of the V Lancero per year.

+1. I'm fan of the V series too, very tasty and immaculately constructed cigars if you ask me. That selection box looks like a good way to try out a variety of sizes. I've only had the belicosos and double robustos but both of them hit the spot for me and I normally have a few sitting in the humi.
If you want a midget to look like a baby, don't put a cigar in his mouth.
I got 5 of the smallest size in the picture in a trade on the Forum.
I think they were the first NC's I'd smoked and based on my view of them I was surprised when some people were saying that NC's weren't as good as CC's.
I have since found that they are not representative of most NC's and not many others have the stength that I found the Olivia V to have.
A good smoke, at least the ones I have had so far.
