I would say the III with at least 5 years on it followed by the V. I haven't smoked enough of the IV or the VI yet, so I'm not counting those.
I don’t think I’ve smoked enough Cohiba to really say, from limited experience though they need age to really shine and the only aged Cohiba of the Siglo line I have smoked was a VI which was divine. I’m planning on getting a box of each, I already have the I, so maybe ask me again in 10 years when I’ve been able to give them all a fair shot.

Yes, I don't smoke a lot of them as well. I have quite a few now but most are in deep sleep. I plan to get a box of each as well, maybe two of the Sig III. I'm missing IV to VI at the moment but don't know if I want to commit to a 25 box of the VI. I would love to purchase a 10 count box though but can't find any.
So I'm getting a few singles here and there to let them age a little.

I don’t recall ever smoking IV, the II is the one I’ve had the most of but I’ve never had one with more than a couple of years age on so I can’t judge. I know what you mean about the VI, it’s not a size I’m particularly fond of which makes it more of a special occasion cigar, and with the price premium Cohiba in general is almost a special occasion cigar as is.
