My small package from CubanLou's finally arrived today (took 10 days to get here after entering the country). I'm dying to have a smoke but I've been off for 4 days and my inbox and phone won't stop going off!

I got the following:

1 x Hoyo Epicure No.2
1 x Juan Lopez Seleccion No.2
1 x H.Upmann Connoisseur No.1
1 x Montecristo Petit Edmundo

I'll pick up a box of 25 of my fave.

But, which would YOU smoke first?

Any reason for that order? I know they're all big hitters on the taste scale and I have to say that by sight alone the JL is lucky I haven't sparked it up already...

If I was Smoking them all in one evening I'd go

1 Hoyo Epicure No.2 ........... Nice smooth and creamy great start to any day, medium bodied.

2 H.Upmann Connoisseur No.1.. Slightly more flavours coming from this one Nutty, woody longer finnish, medium bodied.

3 Juan Lopez Seleccion No.2.. Again more complex flavours going on and a more robust Cigar, sweet,spicey,grassy medium/full bodied.

4 Montecristo Petit Edmundo......You can always make your mind up if you have time or not to smoke this one These can pack quite a punch sometimes, coffee, cream, cedery a meduim full cigar too

You see I'd do it in reverse. I'd get the milder cigar, the monte, out the way then increase to an Upmann, step up to a JL2 tasting and then finish off with an amazing HdM No.2.

i.e. best until last.

Like senorserious, I'd start with el puro peque?o gordo primero (Monty). Just to get things going.

I would follow this with HdM #2, throw away the H. Uppman, and finish with that bastard of a puro - the senor Juan Lopez #2.

Finally, based on your Bad Asss Avatar, I'd buy a box of year-old JL#2.

Anyway, that's what I would do.

Gah, I can't wait to let them settle for a week. So I'm going to lite up the H.Up first. I am weak!

Gotta admit I'm really fancying the JL's even before trying. It just looks and smells the tatiest. Of course it's the priciest though init!

If youve tried them before leave them ,if not i'd try the JL2 .

I would smoke the H.Upmann No. 1 followed by Monte Petit Edmundo, HdM#2 and the JL#2 for last.
