Don’t waste your time unless looking to buy small RYJ or other sheit. Andorra is a shadow of former days.
Sharp regulation also means LCDH specials can only be bought in the one LCDH, and only a couple per person (sticks - no boxes).
Ps! There’s a ton of Cohiba, Trinidad and red Chinese specials by the box, if you have nothing else to spend your mortgage on😝😝

That's sad to hear. I've only ever been twice and both times it was like the streets were lined with gold!
