  • Anything in Egypt?

More specifically, the Sharm El Sheikh region.I won't be going for a little while but I thought I'd ask early Looks a bit blank from what I've found so far in trying to research, looks like it's going to be the airport,if anywhere

I went a few years back and the only thing I remember about sharm was my daughter vomiting all down me in the restaurant. It was lovely squelching sick in my flip flops across the restaurant to get our bottles of water for the day.

Closely followed by all of us going down with the trots. Don't think I saw any cigars but who knows !

I stayed at the Hilton Sharm el Sheike it's in the Fayrouz resort a couple of years ago, they have a reasonable stock of Cubans and spirits and service is excellent. Services are open to non residents. If your anywhere near South Sinai there's a bar /cafe called the Cigar Divan which again keeps a modest stock of Cubans mainly Cohiba's and Monti's. Why don't you go native and try a shisha pipe! there great and so many flavors to choose from but avoid bar snacks at all costs and make sure your washing your hands at every opportunity. Take some hand wash with you for when your out and about.

I know the airport has a selection, not amazing value, but the odd decent box.

if in doubt just buy from the airport on the way out, no problem then with dodgy Cubans
