Smoked one last night, a good smoke until the last 1/4 or so but performed very well overall. Lovely flavours I expect from an NC and a nice underlying pepperiness. So difficult to have a guess when it comes to NCs, so I won’t. Thanks to grumpybaldy for hosting!
