So I smoked this yesterday and here's my notes.


Conditions are far from ideal for enjoying a smoke (windy and 6c) but about as good as they're gonna get outside for January
Firm and springy

Smells faintly Cuban.

Pre light draw grass/hay. Light draw.

Produces a lot of smoke! After a brief rest a bitter tobacco taste has come to the fore.

Initial flavours are grass/hay still with a fair nuttiness in there. Think almond (not marzipan) and Brazil nut. Hint of bitterness that builds actually

Unfortunately after I got too this point it just got incredibly bitter and I couldn't go on. I'll keep the second one for a warmer calmer day and try again.

My guess: not a clue haha

My guess is..... I didn't have a Danny so I looked. I'll not spoil it though. I'm looking forward to knowing exactly what it is.

I had a look at the band after this, i've only had one other from this marque and the taste profile is very similar between the two despite the two sticks being very different. I quite enjoyed the 'other' one so who knows. That bitterness was palatable in the other stick though

Same here, really pleasant though. If I didn't suddenly have to get a new car then I'd look at a box.
