I had another caller describe someone as 'middle aged, like you know, about 35'!

Very simple, smoke it. Surprised you need to ask.

Just the need to know Monk. Seems to me so far, this was one that wasn't much in 2004, has done nothing since and appears to have little prospect of becoming anything in the future .... but a little confirmation would be nice.

            Good or bad, smoke it.

                  That will happen shortly.

But you have to appreciate the dilemma, three pages of posts and only JoeyGunz has come up with anything anywhere close to an answer. If Poor, why should I be in any hurry? If Good, save to relish at some suitable occasion? Imagine I'd asked the same question about the PSD4 there would be no shortage of opinion. Conclusion. There isn't a great deal of Forum experience, myself included, with this cigar.

Newbees, don't worry too much about your bletherings, at least you're not doing it in multi personalities!

I have the same dilemma with a couple of old sticks I have, one I know will be good but is a pretty valuable cigar and will never be replaced by me (Davidoff Laguito No1), the other is pretty much an unknown (Partagas Botterill pre embargo). So after thinking a lot about when I will smoke either, I decided to wait until a 'perfect day' arrives for the Party, at least if it's cack I'll be enjoying sunshine and drinks etc. The Davidoff I'm hanging onto for my 50th.

So, I would suggest either keeping it for an assigned 'special' day or smoke it now and post a review up so anyone else in the future will not be faced with the same situation

The only consideration for a 'special' stick is to be in a place where you can do it justice / fully appreaciate if it turns out to actually be special.

Apart from that just SMOKE IT.

                            Smoking Guide?

Okay, give me a second to write this down:

                            1. Find a "special place" in case it turns out to be special.

                            2. Apart from that, smoke it.

Pregunta, por favor: What happens if it turns out NOT to be "special?"

                            Boy, Bag Boy

Haha! That's easy BB....pass it on to chico butterednutz!

                                A follow up question.

Of course, senor Peej, that would be obvious.

But I was referring to the "special place" requirement. If it turns out not to be a special puro, what's the next move? Does one continue to saturate the "special place" with the negitive energy of a poor puro, or get up and leave immediatly, only to return when one truly has a "special puro?"
