Can I make a suggestion?

With having been an administrator for a few forums sites mself, would it not be better to have the registration format alterred, where they can register, but the cannot post or PM, untill the admin has approved their profile/account?...

This would help to put spammers off from trying to post their bullshit on the forums.

I don't know if this is of any help or not, but I thought that it would be worth mentioning anyways

Aye I usually catch them before they post, we get maybe 2 or 3 a day.
I'd usually have that on, but didn't want it to be an administrative nightmare. But to be honest, now you've mentioned it, sod it....I'll stick it on.
