Besides the problems mentioned above, there have been scams on other forums and their classifieds which have been resolved by making it visible to members only.

There will be no problem at all as far as there is a screening process before accessing a "hidden" section! For example, in ibiza, the process is 50 posts plus a period of 3 months after the registration! Therefore, somebody needs to be a member for at least three months and have at least 50 posts before having access to some forums!

Apart from the post limit (that I think should be higher for forums safety) you can always consider the time limit (1-3 months would be just perfect)!!!
