The For Sale section has gotten somewhat out of hand with the amount of selling etc, and I do not want to draw unwanted attention to these fine forums nor do I want to do anything illegal.

I not wish us to become an eBay for cigar related merchandise.

Subsequently, this forum will have it's past threads removed.

This may affect your post count. If it's considerable I will happily edit your post count on your behalf.

Unfortunately, this isn't up for discussion unlike most things on here, and will be done over the next few days.

The rules you agreed to when signing on the forum prohibits the sale of tobacco on the forum. However, all I'm saying in the original post is that the old posts are being deleted.

I have to say this seems a very sensible suggestion.
I've noticed that the 'Humidor and Cigar Accessories' section only becomes 'visible' once you've logged in. Perhaps if the 'For Sale' section was also only visible to registered members (perhaps those with a certain number of posts, or who'd made donations, etc) it would reduce the possibility of casual surfers being aware of it, and therefore take the threads contained within it out of the public domain.

P.S. Saggel, love the fact I can 'explode' the light bulbs with my mouse on your site, (I'm easily amused) - Efharisto!
