Avatars/Profile Pictures

Nice out of ten people who join think that Profile Picture is what people see when you post in the top left hand corner of your post. In fact, this is the pic you see when you go to a person's profile.

The AVATAR is what you see in each person's post. Due to the constant confusion, I've turned off Profile Picture so you only have the option to upload an avatar.

I still can't see from the link you provided how you would actually go about uploading an avatar...it simply doesn't invite you to.

I'm probably being especially thick, but you may need to expand on your original instructions for dopes like me.

Is there a set number of posts required or a set time limit set before a member can add an avatar to their profile?

I'm just wondering this as I've been able to add a few pics to the profile, but I still can't add an avatar
