What is the requirements for PMs as I would love to join in on the ?cigar of the month? as being a newbie I think this would be a great way to try new smokes and get in on the conversations etc,

At a minimum. Then there are the more subjective criteria (unknown to most of us) applied by our very own dear leader - Se?or Serious (AKA, deano)

For example, the quality of the posts are more important than the quantity. So hang around young dude and put up some pithy posts and you?ll be participating in the COTM so fast it will make your head spin!
