From what has been said previously Makaron, there is no arbitrary ruling on how or when you get PMs. Although 100+ posts and 3-6 months are stated, they are guidelines and not in stone.

Im sure like me, you're happy to wait and ask the Gods that be nicely and hopefully we can join the world of swaps, bombs and COTM!
