For the few who don't know and didn't get a sensible answer, a Make A Wish is where someone posts up a list of cigars they would like to try. If another member can fulfil all or part of that wish he bombs the initial wisher and then inherits the wish himself and so on. Can be fun, can stagnate if someone's wish list can't be fulfilled or like TJ said elsewhere, someone welches.
