    Could someone tell me if it is allowed to post information about new cigar shop in Edinburgh?
    It may look as advert, and I don't want to break any rules.

            Ok. I am not 100% sure if it is new shop, it looks and feel like it.
            But to be fair I have posted information of all cigar shops which I know of in Edinburgh with short comment.
