Pictures in PM

So I can upload pictures from my computer when posting in the forum in general no problem but when I try to do it in PM it only gives me the option of uploading from URL.
where am I going wrong?

Check my location butters. I realise for the size of your country the distance between London and where I am is just the end of the street but over here its opposite ends of the country, so no not one of them iconic London red towers.
