Bupa London 10k Sunday 25th May 2014

Hi Everyone

i am running the Bupa London 10k on the above date and raising funds for Great Ormond Street Childrens Hospital be great if anyone could come alond and support me or sponsor me on this link http://www.justgiving.com/Martyn-Can...aign=pfp-share

after running which i expect to do in under an hour last time 54 minutes will be having a few drinks and some cigars venue in central london TBC possible Boisdales if open on a sunday hope there are a few here who can make it a great day

Great day great atmosphere great support just not my best time but was suffering a bit with back and hip problem but still glad to finish in under 1 hour got to 8 k and started to suffer a bit had to grit my teeth and spring the last 600m

Its a good time, I'd probably take twice that! I had to stop running before I ever got good due to a bad right knee. Its hell on the knees.
