Added thumbs up

As you may have noticed(!) I added 'thumbs up' which is a bit like Facebook's Like etc.

It's cocked some styling up and could look a bit better....but just seeing if it's worth it for now!

Just clicked it on your post, looks a tad odd though as it now says 1 with a red thumbs down next to it, is it just me who sees that?

Yeah I don't like how it does that, but it means you can then take the thumbs up away that you've just given.

As a comparison, Could you trial the 'likes' footnote that is used on some forums which shows users who 'liked'

This thumb thing gives rise to negatives, which could be contentious of even intimidating to new members I reckon. There's room for abuse methinks. Oh, and a bit of mischevious pi$$ing about no doubt. If I'm getting something wrong, let me know

Nah you misunderstand. It means he has two thumbs up, one of which is yours, so the red thumbs down is an indicator you can undo your thumbs up.

The thumbs down stuff is actually turned off for the very reason you said.

Additionally, if you hover over the number it will show you who thumbed up.

Good point there sir. I suspect it isn't possible, but I'm no techy, as one of the other features such as hovering to see who stuck one up aren't possible with the 'phone. Well, it doesn't seem to be.
