New Forum Seperation

It's obvious from my week away that we were getting a bit busy in 'General Discussion' and a lot of non-cigar posts were getting mixed with cigar related discussion.

Thus there is now a General Off-Topic Discussion for everything non-cigar releated, and a General Cigar Discussion for everything cigar-related (that can't be attributed to Cuban or NC Discussion).

I hope this is good for everybody.

Mods - please move new threads when needed.
