Another option which I use is a netgear thing that plugs in the mains next to your router (and in the LAN plug on your router), and anywhere in the house or grounds you plug the other part you get and you have another wireless output point.... don't remember the technical name for it! but your effectively making your mains supply on the house a large extention.... works well too, and you can add as many output points as you like, provided you have a mains socket nearby....
think it was about ?60, I have a few about as the signal will not go through me walls.
