If you are looking far a laptop, I can only recommend Lenovo as the laptop to get. Build quality is far superior when compared to other vendors. Toshiba as someone has already have said is a turd.

Download blue screen analyser, memtest boot disk, and check windows logs.
run blue screen analayser see if it gives any drivers causing the bsod.
boot from memtest and run checks.
check in windows logs see if there is any clues.
check that it's fan is still working and not blocked.Comment

Ok the first one is just that the pc crashed. The second one means that the power management software is not right.
go in bios reset to default.
go in power settings in windows and set to high performance .
then check if that error continuesComment
