how many hard drives are installed?
the error code means windows cant find the boot files.

Four plus the C/boot drive. Should I disconnect all but the c/boot drive?

Done. Disconnected all but the ssd C drive. Tried a normal boot up but froze on the Windows Starting screen. Went into safe mode command prompts and it scrolled for a second of two than froze here -

check in bios that the ssd drive is set to ahci

it will be in sata mode or something to that effect

most probably in integrated peripherals - sata mode, if not try advanced bios
