3 hours ago Tash finished totally with the hospital. Final treatment with Herceptin was done this morning & the PICC line has been removed. No more trips to Oncology every three weeks, no more heart scans, no more blood tests, no more meetings with Doctors, no more home nurses turning up to change dressings, no more insulin, in short, no more BS. They even said she doesnt have to have a precautionary check up for 6 months (normally every 3 months).
Have a celebratory drink and a stogie for us. Life is Good!
