You got some nice boxes....if I was you I'd large lock and lock box and put these cigars to rest in there and use your lovely humi for a nice selection of singles
Sounds like good advice! I need some pointers on some decent once a week sticks I can smoke as singles, save the current collection from an early burn! I finished one Siglo VI and wanted to smash another one right away.

Wait till they are aged, they are even better.
Look at the H Upmans HC, mag 46 and 50, Trinidad are great imo all of them actually not sure about the new lines
Bolivia bbf and no 3 are one of my favourites.
Party D4.
San Cristobal El Principe
It also occurred to me that I don?t know how long the previous owner had them, I had a Siglio VI yesterday and it was probably the best cigar I?ve smoked yet!!!

The Cohiba and Montecristo have the old style bands so must have at least a few years on them. Nice humi and collection you have there
Great info thank you!
I?m assuming there are books on current band-years - previous years etc?

There might be but I have no idea of them plenty online though.
They?ve got band Ds which was from 2003 (though there?s never been a clean band switch). This is likely to mean they?ve 2014-2016ish or earlier but you can?t say that for definite as band Ds do seem to still be produced but almost all new Siglo?s come with the Taino head logo on them
Check out Cuban cigar website it is a great resource for information and even has a collection and smoking diary feature for keeping track of everything. I think the Montes discontinued that band about 6-7 years ago, the Cohiba started about the same time maybe a year later but they had a phased release, not sure when the Siglo VI had them but my Sig I & II from 2016 have the newer bands.
Thank you all so much! Looks like I?ve got some swatting online!
I did find a Partagas 898 ?1999? in the 898 bundle. So at least I know how old that is [emoji23]
