So here I am finally writing up my own User Profile. Sorry it took so long!
I'm a software developer by trade, working in Brighton as Software Development Manager using Enterprise Java for an automotive-marketing firm. I previously worked for an on-line casino form, and investment portfolio-management form - both in similar areas of software development.
I've been hooked on cigars since Cuba in May of 2008, and when I got back I found mainly only US quality cigar forums. So I started this up by July 1st 2008. Since then it's grown, I've met a bunch of bloody great people, and you're now seeing the results delivered by such a brilliant community of BOTLs.
I currently live in West Sussex in a small town called Haywards Heath, and don't do much more than play on my PC/consoles, read, drink, smoke (only cigars) and sleep.
I also freelance for http://www.theinquirer.net - a large, well known, UK-based IT news site, though I've done much less of this in the last few months due to increasing work in my full-time job.
I love my music. It's impossible to list everything, but Nick Drake and John Martyn are probably my two favourite artists.
I hope you're all enjoying the site, and continue to enjoy it. It's an open community. I set it up, but you own and run it. It's socialism, in a good way.
