Hi all, never smoked a cigarette or cigar in my life, only a couple of shisha on travels. Single malt whisky and wine are my main "enjoyment" sources.

Since moving to London, I figured I'll try a cigar every month or so - don't want to get hooked

Have bought my first cigar, Montecristo No. 2...just looking for the right time to try it out now.

Welcome aboard Craig! Expect the bug to bite... I can go weeks without a cigar (hope that's a sign that I'm not addicted to the nicotine), but there's just something about the experience of smoking a nice, flavourful, hand-rolled cigar which I always look forward to. Hope you enjoy the forums, it was a dangerous decision to join... with these guys for company you'll be buying boxes within a fortnight, I can guarantee it!

Welcome onboard Craig, starting with a Monte No 2 sounds abit like running before you can walk! It used to be the epitome of the classic Havana & not easily available. There are many more expensive Regional & Limited Havanas these day but a good No2 is hard to beat. Hope you enjoyed it?
