  • Hello

Just wanted to say hi to you all. I have been smoking cigars for about 10 years but don't really know much about it so hoping to tap into some advice from you all.

Based in Newcastle does not seem to be many cigar smokers up this way

            Thanks.

I usually enjoy a Montecristo open Master or a Partagas no4. So any alternative suggestions to either of those would be greatly appreciated too.

              Welcome aboard

There's quite a lot of variety in the Cuban world, more if you're into non Cubans. Sticking with the Cubans for now, if you like fuller flavoured cigars, I'd recommend trying a Ramon Allones Specially Selected, or the small club Corona from the same brand. Anything from the Bolivar range is also worth trying. For the lighter to medium range I'd recommend the hoyo de Monterrey epicure no 2 or quai dorsay no 50/54.

I'd agree with the above, the RASCC is ideal for this time of year, if you are having to smoke outside. I do know there is a Cigar Lounge in Newcastle so I'd head there & mix with the locals
