Hi just a quick hello to everyone! just started smoking cigars and finding out its not a cheap hobby! I live just outside of middlesbrough in a small market town! had the odd cigar when i was younger but would like to try the better ones now! i have got a taste for montecresto petit turbo so eny cigars sugestions would be helpful! think im going to keep the cigars as a hobby for pleasure not a everyday thing my landscape gardening wage won't cover it! Looking for a humidor now to get me going now as i have a small travel one thats allready full with 5 cohibas 1 montecreto and 1 petit turbo!

      Welcome to the forum.
      Good start on your cigars.
Check Ebay for humidors. Bargains can be found.

          Welcome aboard!

One thing has got me wondering though... what on earth is a petit turbo?

Definitely a good idea to keep it as a hobby rather than everyday, it would spoil the experience to drop the standards simply to satisfy demand.

A couple of recommendations perhaps... An RyJ Short Churchill (or a Wide Churchill, they're new and seem to be well received - however, I've yet to try one myself). And for something a little different, perhaps a Vegas Robaina Famosos. Another very nice cigar, and a good one to try to help show the variety of Cubans.

Is that the same as a Montecristo Petit Tubo?

                I've yet to see a cigar with a V6...
