Ryan, when I lived in Cork, I used to order from the Decent Cigar in Dublin! There used to be a good tobacconist just off Grand Parade, but he no longer sells cigars, concentrating on pipe and cigarette tobacco and candy! He's just a newsagent with tobacco!

Cigars are fairly thin on the ground outside Dublin it seems.
