Hello all, I have been lurking around these past weeks and making the odd post without introducing myself, so I figured it was about time :
I am an English speaking Canadian originally from Montreal, now living in the south of France with my French wife and daughter. Recently I have started up a pasta bar in Marseille (www.francesca.com).
I have been smoking cigars off and on for a good 15 years, but have smoked quite a bit more since moving to France 10 years ago as they are much more affordable then in Canada! Until 9 months ago or so I smoked exclusively Cuban. Since joining 'Cigar Outcast' (a rather small and I think invite only american forum), I have been introduced to a few NCs... even some I didn't mind I still am active over at CO, but thought it would be nice to participate in a forum closer to home as well. I like to write the odd review and have done a few for Cigar Inspector in the past.
In regards to my cigar collection; they are stored in a thermo-electric wine cooler with 65% humidity beads. I am very happy with this solution, and it requires close to zero maintenance. I had been keeping it in an unheated room, and so it has been a 'bit colder in the cooler this winter than I would like, but it has been a rock solid 65.
