Thing is, Willie, that this place helps you to learn new stuff about cigars as well as larking about from time to time. Pretty good mix.

Some of the other forums I looked at were very, very serious. I'm not serious in real life, so the relaxed silky brown Hoyo fug on here suits me well.

I agree with ya wholeheartedly, I took a look at the Cigar Aficianado website late last night and although it's great to see they take the time to rate different cigars, it's just a wee bit too serious for my liking, I'd rather just try different cigars, and have 2 different categories, cigars that I like and cigars that I don't like lol

The more relaxed, humourous and lighthearted discussion about cigars or anything is always more enjoyable, than being a bit too serious

I reckon there's room for both seriousness and hilarity...like Robusto says, I like to learn new stuff as in enhances my cigar-smoking pleasure...but if it ain't fun, then I won't stick around.

I suppose I take my pleasures seriously, but I'm not serious about my pleasures...(not sure that makes sense, but what the hell!)...
