Hello from Hertfordshire!

Hi there everyone, my Name is Oliver and I'm just starting out in the wonderful world of Cigars! Up until about a week ago I had never really been interested in tobacco of any sort and then my brother came home from a conference with a couple of Cubans, he smoked one decided they weren’t for him and gave me the other!

I thought to my self; why not give it a try. Well as everyone that appreciates a fine cigar can understand I was hooked! I decided to do a little research and found the history of cigars (particularly Cubans) to be very interesting. Whilst doing my research I came across this wonderful forum.

I am just starting out so any advice or information you can give me such as what cigars to try next, what cigar accessories to buy and so on would be greatly appreciated!

Once you get the bug there's no going back...

I'd suggest you try something mild before jumping into the full flavoured smokes. I suggest a Romeo Y Julieta Short Churchill or a hoyo de monterry robusto, cant go wrong with either one.

I'd second Kdot's choice of the RyJ Shortie or the Hoyo PR if you are new to smoking.

I wish, lived in my overdraft for bloody years, mind you it dont stop me buying NC's every now and again, cant seem to get the hang of not spending when there is none to spend!

You've made a big mistake finding this place. It can be very detrimental to your bank-balance. Good fun and informative about cigars. But your bank manager will definitely be ringing you up.
