Yup - this is what i would also say, much more stable, usually holds more cigars, and cheap as chips! Certainly whilst you are starting your cigar journey, may be worthwhile parking your coin on more sticks to sample!
I would certainly get a Tupperware box and a Boveda pack if you don't yet have a humidor - keeps your sticks much safer
In terms of what to smoke - my recommendation if just to try as many cigars as you can. A good place to start is Petit Corona sized cigars for all brands (most Cubans will have one) and then branch out on what you like from there
thank you good advice thedame007 moving cigars from cardboard box to tupperwear box. But I found the humidor page and some one was using a wine cooler was this to keep cigars in. I only ask as I have a fridge in the garage I could use.
I have a Montecristo No. 4 in my shopping basket. looking forward to smoking that would I need to age it if so How would I do about this and for how long would you age it for ??
