Welcome! You have certainly started in the right place with HdM epi2,a nice mild cigar with subtle fragrant flavours. The robusto vitola(cigar shape and size) is more forgiving to new smokers because of the thicker ring gauge,this makes it harder to ruin by smoking too quickly. I would perhaps stick with the milder cigars for a while until you get used to the nicotine and this will also help you appreciate the more subtle flavours i mentioned earlier...the epi 2 is full of creamy goodness and a slow build up of pepper. I would perhaps try the H Upmann brand too perhaps the corona major,another mild cigar with a different taste profile of soft woods,hay,coffee and sweet mild spice. These need slower puffs to stop the tobacco burning too hot because they are not as thick as the epi 2s
When you feel like trying a stronger cigar brand i would start with Punch and Romeo y Julieta.
They are all good and accessible [emoji16] well perhaps not the Grand Reservas JJs we trying to sell you! Unless you have the spare coin of course!
I'd say try the Upmann Connoisseur no.1, Ramon Allones Specially Selected, Montecristo no.4, Pot Larrannaga Petite Corona, Cohiba Robusto, Cuaba Divinos, Trinidad Reyes. Go through a selection of Robusto, Petite Robusto, Petite Coronas basically the shorter cigars first to give you some ideas. You'll find there are a lot more limited editions and special regional editions these days that are temporal. Many more so over the past decade...
The minis and puritos are different beasts to their larger siblings. I prefer to avoid the smallest sizes.
