Hey Aaron, there are a few of us cigar smokers in Dublin. We generally meet up about once a month, usually in McGrattan's pub on Fitzwilliam Lane in Dublin 2, sometimes in House on Leeson Street.
Not much left in Ireland for cigar retail since the tobacco display ban came in. JJ Fox and Decent Cigar Emporium on Grafton Street and Peterson's around the corner on Nassau Street are the three cigar shops left in the country.
If you're ever in JJ Fox, ask for Yiorgos, the manager, he'll take care of you.
As a new member here, I'm not sure what the rules are for you to get private messages but let me know if you would like to join us at any of our cigar meets.
Facebook invites go out once a month. We're not a club, there's no membership, it's very informal and everyone's invited. Come along if you ever happen to be in Dublin at the right time.
I would probably contravene the rules here if I sent you a link directly but we're easy enough to find on Facebook, the Facebook group isn't even a discussion group, solely a place to announce invites for the next meetup.
