hi, I've had a grand total of 3 cigars to date (the Romeo No. 3, the H. Upmann corona junior and the Bolivar No. 3) I find it helps me slow down and take a breather from life.

does anyone have any suggestions for more cigars for a newbie like me? I'm looking for a smoother / creamy (if that's a thing) taste and something that isn't Cuban so I can spread my wings into different countries tastes.

    Thanks Rob

        Welcome enjoy the forum!

bham & mids is not so widely served for cigars but there are a few shops whose shelves aint bad in an emergency. One the Prince of Wales in Moseley is meant to be legendary but i havent managed to land there yet.

Welcome to the forum Rob. I know almost nothing about non Cuban cigars but when I first started smoking cigars the first one that I really enjoyed was a Macanudo Court, they are not particularly complex and are really mild from memory but it really hit the spot For me as a newbie. Might be worth a go if they are still available, in fact I think I might try and find one to see how my taste has changed (if at all) over the years.

Welcome Rob, I read a quote once that said if you can't find the time in the day for a good cigar you're moving too fast. Slow down and enjoy.

For a nice, creamy smoke, try a San Cristobal De Habana El Principe.

Good shout, only ever had two from COTM but thoroughly enjoyed them.
