Theres a lovely Restaurant and Whisky place in Ramsbottom called the Fishermans Retreat, I have been meaning to contact the owners and see if they would mind a small group smoking cigars in their grounds. I might hit them up soon as that would be an ideal location and accessible for a few northern sorts.

Sounds good, I enjoy a whisky and would definitely come assuming the date worked for me. How does it work with the law now? I'm assuming cigars can only be smoked outside unless there's some sort of loophole?

Yep, outside only. Unless for sampling in a retailer.
