Yes, I've heard that. I've also heard it suggested that you should buy a humidor rated for twice the capacity you'd normally intend to store in order to facilitate circulation.

You may be right Jerry, I was on a (currently nameless) website recently and it's very easy to see how one can get carried away with delicious purchases, then a need to upgrade infrastructure to store them etc etc.

Haha! Those posts were the work of don TJ and his wacky cohorts. I never met them personally, but many around here apparently have and remember them from days of yore - good and bad

Anyway, I only recently got here by way of an apprenticeship under don TJ, charged with the task of learning as much as possible about cigars in the hopes of someday storing enough knowledge/energy to join them on their magical, mystical journey

So, hang in there Matt Wall, that pain in your brain may soon disappear...

Yes, I read your intro and like some others, wasn't really sure what to make of it but I guess it's entertaining if nothing else.

Some of your questions are useful for me as I have a mind to ask similar so reading the responses helps me out too!
Do you have any favourite cigars yet?

I like that right now you have 10,101 posts; it's aesthetically pleasing.

                    Thanks Oskihen.

I like your "spirit" filled photos which seem to accompany your cigars. It's how I like to enjoy mine. Usually rum or whiskey, though sometimes cognac.

Definitely. What's your preference? I saw a 12 year old El Dorado in one of your photos.

The list is too long Alex, whisky cognac armagnac rum got a fair collection tbh
