Snooky, not difficult to not inhale at all. Maybe because I've smoked the odd cigar now and again when on cigs, I knew what do do?

being a former cigarette smoker myself (gave up 5 years ago) I am at a stage where it is extremely hard to inhale, to me it spoils the taste of the cigar, plus I just cough and splutter
