Hello nice people of UKCF
I wanted to say Hi and Introduce myself!
My names Nick and I'm a cigar fiend.....
I was introduced to cigars when a work colleague told me I shouldn't be smoking rollie's at fancy events and here is a humidor with a sampler of cigars, was very nice but not entirely appreciated! As a newbie, it tasted like old mans fingers to me...
One of the gifted sticks was a montecristo #4, which completely changed me and a Nicaraguan Panatella that I cant remember the name of. I bought a few more samplers from various places and built up my collection. I purchased a new humidor with 4 shelves last Christmas and then went to hajenius (link removed) in Amsterdam which absolutely blew my mind!! The price, the choice the whole thing was incredible...
Anyways, I now have an improving collection, getting better with tasting notes and buying a second humidor to stash all the loot I will be picking up in Cuba, when I visit in 3 weeks.
I'm certainly no expert but have been toying with cigars for over a year, thoroughly enjoying it and looking forward to speaking with everyone here! Oh, and i gave up the rollies!!
