Hello all, I am new to this forum and would just like to say a big hello from Oban, Scotland. I have just started to smoke cigars once again after around 10 years and wold like to see if anyone has any recommendations for me. We do not have any cigar shops that I know of in this area, so I have to buy online,

Welcome to our obsession Paulie, if you've been following the forum you'll already know that we have a strong Scots contingent with whom you could hook up. A word to the wise, online shopping is fine but you can't mention non-UK sellers on the forum images.jpeg. As far as recommendations go, you can't go wrong with a Hoyo de Monterrey Epicure No 2, a favourite of many members here.

Thanks for the welcome and the recommendation. I'm expecting delivery of some cigars this week at some point. I got a wee bit of a variety to try, a couple of Cuban and Dominican. I will most certainly give the Hoyo de Monterrey a try as well, any other recommendations are more than welcome as I would consider myself a bit of a novice.
