Great observation Roy It is a funny concept the cyber-world, but social convention remains and it's positive to have new members come in the front door and say hello before they run 'round the house There are some great lads on here and I'm sure you'll be warmly welcomed.

I recently joined a Watch forum to do some research for my first expensive watch, the forum is busy and the people knowledgable however the tone is quite often confrontational. It is obvious the 'newbies' are to be challenged at every turn, this, I am told is to see how you react and to see if you have what it takes to stick around.

This doesn't bother me in the slightest but I am more of a nice than nasty person so I try to treat others in the manner I would prefer to be treated.

I feel pretty comfortable here already. [emoji106][emoji106]
