Its been so long since i have been on here so thought i would re-introduce myself.

Im a bus driver from Hull that started my journey into cigars roughly a year ago. I have tried a few different cigars but due to funds alot of the lower end like the dutch cigars but thanks to the Monte No.4 they just do nothing for me now lol.

Anyway looking forward to chatting to you all and reading the reviews so I can start making a bigger dent in my bank balance. [emoji16]

I picked up some very nice and cheap sticks in Dubai, could be worth seeing if you can find any of them in the UK. Both Cubans - Don Diego Anniversario and La Casa De Garcia. About ?2 each and very, very enjoyable.

Hi Danny, I too am feeling slightly limited in by ability to buy into this hobby. Times will get better and you can start to browse the market and find your feet. Im starting to find 3 or 4 brands that suit my pallet, you will too!

Its not so much money anymore i just wanted the numbers rather than quality hence buying the dutch sticks but now i would prefer 3 or 4 decent ones that I know i will enjoy😉

That's the spirit. I rather smoke one great cigar than 5 bad ones. Every time I go buy singles, I come across a bunch that is much cheaper than the good standard Cubans. Every time I buy one in hope I find a cheap secret gem.

Then when I smoke them I regret it every single time. I can't smoke more than one cigar per evening and I can't smoke one every evening either. So when I get one that I don't enjoy it feels like I wasted a great opportunity to smoke a great cigar. [emoji1]
