Welcome man. I was at Aberdeen uni for 6 years, great city and I miss it dearly. Used to go to a tobacconist on King Street for the odd cigar, never smoked in any of the bars though. I very much miss the Moorings Bar, so many beers...Comment

Hi Red, OK, rack up a few 75 posts in the next month or two & we'll be able to exchange mobile numbers. I have a 4 day course coming up so hopefully we'll be able to meet at least once then. The Revoluitioon bar has a large outside decking area, with sides so keeps out the breeze, the Siberian bar just down the road if pretty good too for fine weather. In the rain or cold I go to the Old School house which has a large porch front & heaters.
