No worries! I've never had a prob with the larger bowl/less tobacco combo, if anything I've found it better than a packed small bowl. I find as you heat small bowls and the tobacco swells it touches the foil and burns.

Yeah the lotus is just a tray. Personally I just use foil as it's cheap and I secretly love poking the holes in it, lol!

Soex is a woody, non-tobacco, herbal flavour. It smokes but I found it tastes a bit weird and is the shisha equivalent of alcohol free beer. Personally I'm not big on the non-tobacco flavours as I like the tobbaco undertones you get from the real deal.


Yeah they smoke ok, I'm just gonna enjoy them for what they are. To be fair I bought them because I tried one and liked it, I had no idea who Cohiba were till I got home and looked them up, lol!

All sounds good! Think I'll place my order this afternoon

Shame about the soex, seems to be the only one that does cherry flavour!

Damn it, wish I'd seen this earlier, smoked the last two this afternoon with the old man! To be fair to them they are pretty nice, first half has a caramel/vanilla flavour to it with pepper undertones, second half the pepper becomes more pronounced. Very smooth all the way through. One did start to unwrap right at the end but it was 99% done anyway.

Keep checking eBay mate, look for sellers with 50g packs, lots do multiple flavour options but don't pay to add it to the listing so you have to leave a note to seller when you complete to say which one you want.

Yes, leccy heaters are truly rubbish, if you must have a 'gadget' go with a kaloud lotus and put the coals in that. Otherwise get coco coals and a coil burner to light them.

Bloody hell that's not open to pocketing a few is it? Lol

The guy at the hotel cigar counter was more than happy to hand them out if you made out you couldn't decide. I also found that asking the price and then putting your very best poker face on for a few mins got the prices dropping pretty rapidly without having to say a word. There is also lots of staff changes so you just play them all!

That's nice! I was looking at an identical one last week!

I'm using a tupperdor at the minute and my sticks seem to be coming back to life! They feel better not smoked one yet though. Running some experiments. I'll post results in a day or two, quite interesting
